Job Description

Improve Digital is looking for an experienced and talented Manager Business Development Demand for LATAM. It is the mandate of the Demand Business Development team to grow business with existing or newly demand partners and thrive for maximum results.

The Manager Business Development Demand requires deep expertise in online media buying and selling. You will evangelize Improve Digital’s solutions for ad networks, exchanges, dsp’s and other demand partners, determine the appropriate product and services fit, and build long-lasting relationships. You work closely together with the Operational account managers at the supply side and report to the VP Demand Partnerships. As a Manager Business Development Demand you are responsible for client growth of revenue and results from our Demand Partner client base for your country. Demonstrate the ability to grow customer’s overtime into significant revenue streams.

Responsibilities

Build new and existing relationships with demand partners in your region and manage the full sales cycle
Understand and advise demand partners on how Improve Digital can help them reach their objectives
Initiate technical integration of Demand Partners
Reach revenue goals for your portfolio of demand partners

Desired skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher
Deep knowledge and understanding of the internet business, the media pricing models and the technologies
Experience of 3-5 years with online advertising sales at either the publisher side, dealing with ad networks or within an ad network
Ability to take charge and deliver results with minimal supervision
High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast paced start up environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to grow business with partners
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Native Spanish and fluent English communication both verbal as written
Additional language is a pre (German/Italian/French)
