Improve Digital continues European expansion with launch of Italian Office
Improve Digital, Europe’s advanced monetisation technology platform for publishers, is continuing its European expansion with the launch of a new office in Milan, Italy.
The new office is the sixth regional office for Improve Digital, and follows an announcement only last week that the company has committed 12 million euros in geographic expansion as well as platform development.
Improve Digital already works with Italian clients including Seat PG and Perform Media and a full-time presence in Italy enables the Improve team to work more closely with clients and local partners, providing them with the technical and commercial support they need to successfully develop their programmatic advertising sales strategy.
The Improve Digital team in Milan, headed up by Improve Digital VP international business development Daan Onland, has also secured two new hires to help drive forward business in the Italian market: Licia Alberti, director business development who has solid background in digital advertising and partnership development with publishers, and Simone Chizzali, account director, expert in programmatic platforms and development of publishers’ revenue optimisation strategies.
Andrea Cerasoli, SVP Perform Media and GM Italy said: “Improve Digital’s advanced monetisation technology platform enables us to maximise our revenue programmatically and we’re delighted they are bringing a local team of experts to Italy to work even closer with us. This signals a commitment from Improve Digital to not only us as publishers, but to the growth of the programmatic market in Italy.”
Improve Digital VP international business development Daan Onland said: “Programmatic budgets are growing fast in Italy, as they are across the rest of Europe. It’s an exciting time to open an office in this market, providing our publisher customers with a team of local experts to help guide strategy and maximise their revenue.”
Improve Digital is scaling rapidly, recording growth of over 60 per cent during 2015. Headquartered in Amsterdam, the company also has offices in UK, Germany, Spain, and Belgium.
The new office is located at Carlo Torre 29, a strategic location close to Navigli and the city centre.
