Marco De Patre joins Improve Digital as first Italian Country Manager
Improve Digital, the advanced monetisation technology platform for publishers, continues its geographic expansion by nominating Marco De Patre, former Criteo supply side director for Italy, as its first Italian country manager.
De Patre, who joins Improve Digital this month, will be responsible for driving forward Improve Digital’s business in Italy, building relationships with clients and local partners to provide them with the technical and commercial support they need to successfully develop their programmatic advertising sales strategy.
The appointment follows the opening of Improve Digital’s Italian office in February this year – the company’s sixth regional office – and demonstrates Improve Digital’s continuing commitment to geographic expansion to support clients at a local level.
De Patre has over 15 years experience in international online business development and has worked at Criteo since 2009, becoming Southern Europe Business Development Director in 2010 and Supply-side Director Italy in 2013. In these roles he basically kicked-off and led commercial activity through directly managed relationships with all the top 100 local publisher websites, adnetworks and sales houses – positioning him perfectly for his new role at Improve Digital.
